हरियाणा सरकार 33 फीसदी राशन डिपो की कमान महिलाओं के हाथों में देगी. जो महिलाएं विधवा या एसिड अटैक सर्वाइवर हैं उन्हें प्राथमिकता मिलेगी । डिप्टी दुष्यंत चौटाला ने शनिवार को उचित मूल्य की दुकान के लिए पोर्टल का उद्घाटन किया। पोर्टल के माध्यम से हरियाणा राज्य के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में 3224 नए राशन डिपो के लाइसेंस दिए जाएंगे। लाइसेंस के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन केवल सरल हरियाणा के माध्यम से 07 अगस्त 2023 तक लिए जाएंगे। राशन डिपो में महिलाओं के लिए 33% आरक्षण का प्रावधान लागू किया गया है, हरियाणा राज्य में 3224 में से 2382 राशन डिपो केवल महिलाओं को दिए जाएंगे। . नए राशन डिपो का आवंटन 1 अगस्त 2022 को लागू पीडीएस नियंत्रण आदेश 2022 के तहत किया जाएगा। इसके तहत 300 राशन कार्ड धारकों पर एक उचित मूल्य की सरकारी दुकान यानी राशन डिपो का संचालन किया जाएगा। डिपो के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन और चयन प्रक्रिया पहली बार की जा रही है। नए डिपो धारकों की सूची 1 सितंबर 2023 को जारी की जाएगी.
